THE C.E.A. DOCTRINE
The Cult "C.E.A."
Maybe it is a good idea to start with a brief definition of cults, because is commonly misunderstood and defined as just some “fanatic religion” or some kind of "extremist esoterism".
But in fact, cults are much more widespread and common than they might seem at first glance. They are a real problem in modern society and instigate traumas and pain in a huge amount of humans, that have to rebuild their lives from scratch, many times without any psychologic support or even being marginalized.
What is a cult:
"…a cult is a social group that is defined by its unusual religious, spiritual, or philosophical beliefs, or by its common interest in a particular personality, object, or goal." (Ross, 2009)
According to the paper “Cult Formation” (Harvard, 1981) by Robert J. Lifton and John Jay College, there are 3 characteristics to identify a cult:
1) a charismatic leader who increasingly becomes an object of worship as the general principles that may have originally sustained the group, lose their power;
2) a process I call coercive persuasion or thought reform;
3) economic, sexual, and other exploitation of group members by the leader and the ruling coterie.
CEA and Ernesto Baron's doctrine have those characteristics and many more. It is indeed very coercive and persuades a construction of a new personality, to fit the objectives of the cult.
Slowly it induces a distortion of reality, where the normal human values are changed and transferred to the cult of the personality of Ernesto and Nefer Barón. It ends up in a complete emotional and psychological dependency, as well in a complete self-deception not easy to see when inside the institution. ("the fish do not realize the existence of the water")
A very important disclaimer:
Please note that people involved in this cult are not necessarily dumb! There are a lot of intelligent people around, of course also not so intelligent ones, but specially those with intelligence and spiritual “inquiry” are those who suffer more, they can obviously see the split in their reality but they find themselves stuck inside a web very hard to escape!!!
During the process, somehow we start to fall into oblivion, forgetting what was our first objective, searching for knowledge… until the moment of remembering that original objective.
The problem is that this remembering comes when we are too deep inside the web… and it seems impossible to break free.
I experienced that impossibility, it seems very real, but it is just an illusion. (but an illusion very real).
It is just a matter of opening the eyes again, but that can be very difficult because of the old buddy called “fear”! The power of CEA resides in the manipulation thru fear...
In the next sections I will try to condensate the general process of indoctrination, my own experience starting from a position of a normal person searching for meaning and knowledge, the slowly indoctrination, the manipulation through fear, moving towards the center of the web till the moment that I look at the “spider” and instead of wisdom I saw ignorance and delusion…
...and it was time to move on!
The Public Face
CEA is the public face or fake front, an institution with a public website where is stated that it is “a legal non-profit making association”.
CEA in fact is a different institution in every country with its specific name and not one international institution as it is made believe.
For instance in the UK is “The Centre for the Study of Self-Knowledge”, in Germany “Zentrum für Studien der Selbsterkenntnis”, and so on… but each one of those institutions is independent.
All of them have their own hierarchy, as a normal association, with president, secretary and so on… working locally by country or region.
When someone new joins CEA, he/she becomes a member of one of those “delegations” fake fronts, but it is made believe that CEA is an international cultural association.
There is no official connection between Ernesto Barón and CEA.
On the public website of CEA there is never mentioned “Ernesto Barón”, and on the official website of Ernesto Barón there is never mentioned “CEA”.
So, there is a big intention to not connect the two, opening the door to deliver his cult without never assuming responsibility for it.
The “official“organizations are run by members and not by himself, but behind, running everything invisibly is Ernesto Barón on the top of the pyramid scheme, immune to any consequences.
The “delegations” are local gatherings in a room, in a specific town/village that are maintained by “professors” of CEA. (each professor/couple has to pay the costs of rent and all related to this “delegation")
The “delegations” have the job to recruit more members, and they do so, exploiting the vulnerability of people that are searching for knowledge, or are stuck in life and searching for solutions or meaning.
Here are some examples of outside posters that were used to catch people and bring them into the web of this cult:
The process starts by offering free lectures, offering some kind of interesting knowledge from anthropology, psychology, meditation or any other subject, and also offering meaning or solutions in a supposed altruistic way.
The exploitation of this vulnerability is the hook that catches people, promising solutions and offering friendship, approval, community, meaning, and so on…
This first "modus operandi" can go for some time, normally with a family environment (these local groups are normally between 2 and 20 persons) delivering and lecturing about legit technics of self-psychology or self-help technics (mantrams, meditation, self psychology etc).
This is the hook, and slowly there is an unnoticeable change in dialectics and posture.
Then CEA starts to talk about the higher purpose of the institution, how we should feel special for having access to this knowledge, and of course, that we have to transform ourselves in order to be worthy of this gift.
Slowly, the initial search for knowledge drifts away, and in its place, is planted a sense of higher life purpose (for the good of humanity) with a strong ideology and belief. There is a psychological manipulation to make the person feel special for the fact of belonging to the group.
Slowly there is a creation of a new (false) identity, which is emotional and psychological dependent on the approval of the group. There is the pressure to change our behavior and human relationships in order to fit the CEA normative. Friends and family are discarded as being "external" and we should focus on our "inner work". Repression starts building up, it is indoctrinated that our doubts are due to our ego (and we should not trust them) and slowly the “frog is being boiled alive”.
One very important point is that the information is extremely compartmentalized, and I only heard the name Ernesto Barón later on, as being some kind of writer from where CEA takes much of its information. When I became a “professor” I also had to proceed that way with the “students”. Here is one of the many emails of that type giving the “orders” on how to proceed.
In this case, was one “letter” from Ernesto and Nefer - “C.” meaning “carta” (letter in English) - to be read but without mentioning their names:

To explain to all the teachers who have the C. (letter)
As you all have seen, the C. of the Direction, is signed with the name of the Directors.
As this C. is going to be read to students of phase A... who do not yet know them,
at the end of the reading, do not say the names of the Directors to the students, it is better to say:
"........ Receive all our love and sincere affection. The Direction.

Later on, very slowly was revealed the importance of "our Directors", about their "sacred mission" and their status as some kind of "superior conscient beings". All of this initial process takes place without us realizing the agenda behind it and the fact that Ernesto Baron is the cult leader.
Instead, Ernesto becomes percived as the spiritual guide and savior of humanity.
The building up of emotional and psychological dependency goes on, then it is installed the feeling of CEA being of the highest good, incepting a sense of “Us vs Them” ("them" being the rest of the world) and subtlety undermining the independent thought capacity.
Here starts a new level of indoctrination, Ernesto Barón is posted as the savior, the books became available, and from then on, a false identity is carved out deeply (through psychological manipulation) to serve the cult and the leader. Genuine spirituality is transformed into a concept of morals and ethics that then starts being the new ontological belief (and reality itself).
Then comes the natural development towards the dogma and cult of the personality of Ernesto Barón. Later is revealed the different reincarnations of "our Directors" in past lifes, all of them very important or good people and it is never heard that some reincarnation had been a bit more normal, like a normal person… he is always some big king, big revolutionary or some kind of god (see more about past life in the previous section ERNESTO)
At this point, new levels of clearance start opening up and it is possible to participate in some international event or even the possibility to take a “professor course”, etc…
Inner circles
What I’m referring here as “inner circles” is the activity that goes on after having a “professor course” in Escuela Montsalvat. (more about the course in a later section)
This inner circle creates a collective fantasy that co-exists in a bubble of self-deception (making the servants believe that they are the chosen ones, but they have to fight the external world).
It creates a dependency relationship towards the leader and the institution. At this point, everyone has distanced themselves from family and friends that are not in the cult. (all of this in order to serve the greater good)
The family feelings are transferred to the group, (to other members, that call themselves "brothers and sisters"), but everyone knows (at least subconsciously) that those feelings are false. Despite of being labeled as a "brotherhood" there are always judgmental eyes around, and everyone is under the surveillance of everyone else. It is definitely impossible to have a genuine sharing of feelings or thoughts with another "brother or sister". Everything that is communicated or done has to be in accordance with the false ethic and morals of the cult. The objective is to achieve a standard behavior common to all members. Otherwise, we are subjects to some kind of punishment, normally through humiliation in front of the other members (then creating a feeling of guilt in the person and obtaining the total psychological control), that also works for manipulating and training the other members (no one wants to be exposed or humiliated).
In this new level there is more access to the leaders, but never in a personal direct way, only through notes and letters that have to go up in the hierarchy and are replied in the same way down.
At this level there is a huge pressure to not commit any error (and not suffer the punishment), fear and guilt are growing more and more, and the totalistic ideology of Ernesto Barón becomes the irrefutable reality.
Information continues to be extremely compartmentalized, there are circles inside circles. The next circle I had experienced, was being part of the “video team” that produces the “Alcyone Pleiades” videos (presented on Youtube and later on Bitchute)
Inside of this team, there was also a sub-team (another circle inside a circle), that also produces “internal” videos (like those shown in other sections: Diwali, reincarnation, etc…), it also produces the videos about UFOs (more about that later on), and deals with more “delicate” images and video (footage with Ernesto and Nefer Barón)
There are even more inner circles but always compartmentalized, no one has access to all the information or circles (except the leaders).
The hierarchic organization is the structure that supports the authoritarian power of this leader, he is not directly available to anyone (besides a couple of servants). He becomes the king of gods and goddesses on his high throne, offering a worldview of “We and them” (them being the “externos” - those who do not belong).
This patriarchic structure - and where everything outside CEA is demonized - creates a lot of damage around and within the people, family separation, social separation, couple separation, and so on…
It is incredible how people who were searching for spiritual growth, psychological understanding about themselves, or just the innocent “want to know more”, became easy victims from this recruiting movement, entering this toxic ideology and ending up in a cult of one deluded narcissistic person that thinks of himself as a reincarnation of big personalities of history.
Every little step in life, first has to be asked thru a "request", everything has to be "authorized" by Ernesto Barón, including who one marries.
I have witnessed some cases where “our beloved Directors” pointed out to whom someone should marry (another member, of course).
The amount of “reports” that a member has to send is huge, and many times we are asked to give opinions about other members (even from our spouse), all under oath of truth, that we have to sign. (the pressure is huge)
Here, the ends justify the means, everything goes, the most important is to maintain the hierarchical survival and the cult structure.
All “professors” receive guidelines thru the country/zone responsible that are emailed to them by the “coordination”. Those guidelines and “orders” are rarely signed by Ernesto, but mainly just “the general coordination” or something like that.
The secrecy and the lack of official connection between Ernesto and CEA are crucial.
This secrecy suggests that he fears something, otherwise, why would he hide like a criminal if he were an innocent…
Is it always asked to delete all the material, email, communications, documents, etc… (here is one example of those orders to delete material, in this case was a direct order from Ernesto Barón during a reunion in Escuela Montsalvat, that after some days the local “responsible” had to certify if everyone had deleted all the material. (it is common practice to comunicate with codes like in this email where “R.” means reunion - “CIR.” means “circular” - "COM.” means “comunicado" (communication) refering to all the emails and guidelines received from the “direction" )

Manipulation of information, lies, suppressing and eliminating any kind of dissent, and specially not allowing any cognitive liberty or questions to be asked, is the method that CEA and Ernesto use to maintain everyone in ignorance and exploit them.
There is a complete censorship of any point of view that is a little bit different, labeling them with pejorative names. It is extremely forbidden and punishable to use the internet for searching for information, as well books and movies as to be allowed before.

Sending very cordial greetings to all, and following indications of our dear Directors, we enter in contact with you to once again, transmit your alert, about the dangers that especially in these times arise from the undue use of the Internet.
As all teachers know very well, our Director has been warning since 1998 in his book "Milenium" about the "poisoned gift" that the misuse and abuse of cybernetics in this modern digital era has meant for humanity.
Likewise, since the Psychology Seminar in Valencia in 2002, as well as in countless meetings, conferences and in subsequent books such as "The New Alliance..." in 2008, our Director has always tried to open our eyes to the reality that hides "behind the screens" and cybernetics.
Well, considering the extraordinarily delicate and dangerous times we are living in, the Directorate, through this communiqué, alerts us and reminds us once again that we should not enter the Internet using it as a tool for useless, unproductive and in many cases degenerate searches, which, given the circumstances, in addition to leaving our digital trace and signs of identity in inappropriate places, are a huge waste of time and a disobedience to the indications given.
Let us remember that the Direction, on the contrary, advises us to use our valuable time that we have, in the reading of the books, the chapters already edited and the fundamental practice of meditation, which we must do at least one hour a day, in order to avoid being identified with external things and then, we do not have to see involved with the falls that we all already know, and that in the end as always, we regret but we continue the same.
Dear teachers, as a popular sentence says: "To a good understanding, few words are enough" and that is how our dear Directors hope it will be, trusting that our good understanding will be able to grasp and settle in us, this important and disinterested recommendation.

The general coordination
Without any internal checks or balances, Ernesto Barón creates a pure monarchy with absolute power, where this inner circle of “professors” is inside a bubble controlled by him. A pure monopoly of truth that only he has access to, and where his interpretations of any subject are the truth.
That is why it is so easy for him to use "old sacred texts" (like the Bible, Vedas, etc) to fit his ontology creating an ethical code based on his own interpretations, extremely biased towards his selfish interests and persuading everyone that that, is the absolute truth.
When those revelations and premonitions do not work, there is an immediate re-contextualization and explanation of why it did not happen.
See the section about 2012 for an example. (a big example)
When things do not go as he predicted previously, the reason is that the people are not good enough, or because we ("professors") did not do enough, and so on…
There were different gatherings that, being a “professor”, you were obliged to assist “voluntarily”, one of those was the weekly meetings by country to assist some new publication of “Alcyone videos” or to make a group meditation (that is, follow a dogmatic protocol, as explained in the book Daichido that has nothing to do with meditation) and sing some mantrams (from one of the CEA CDs) as a ritual, when in fact no one knows exactly what those Sanskrit words/sounds mean.
These meetings (meditation/mantrams) were “non-obligatory” but you have to give a reason why, if you do not go.
On the other hand, the meetings to watch the movies “Alcyon Pleiades” were obligatory and even punishable if someone arrives 15 min later (incredibly stupid when some people had to drive 600km or more, and back)

By the present mail, we would like to inform you that for the next weekend, (22 - 23 October) the Direction has indicated that the teachers can meet in the usual centers, to carry out a session of "Reading and Mantralization".
This new activity will be carried out as follows:
1) First of all, a chapter from the Tao Tian Book is read.
2) After the reading, reflections on what has been read can be made.
3) Thirdly, a relaxation and mantralization with a mantran from the CD Tao Tian. This would be the end of this meeting.
This type of practices of "Reading and Mantralization" will be done from now on, some weekend in which we do not have the usual "Study Meetings", and unlike these, will not be mandatory, that is, it is very important that we all attend, not to forget the "taste" and frequency of the past Dharmalaya, but if any teacher has to travel long distances, work, etc., should reserve and prioritize their attendance to the "Study Meetings".
In other order of things, we inform you that soon you will receive the indications of the Direction for next October 27th.

By this mail, I would like to send you some indications from the Management,
with respect to the development of the meetings, on the occasion of the study of the PA. Specifically, these are the following points to be taken into account for the next meeting:
- TEACHERS ARRIVING LATE: The following is an example of how to proceed. If a teacher arrives 30' late, he/she should arrive 30' late for the next meeting.
If a teacher is 30' late, he/she should arrive 30' before the next meeting time. If someone is 15' late, he/she should arrive 15' minutes in advance.
- SLEEPING TEACHERS: In this case, they should be instructed to stand up, and the next convocation they should also remain standing.

These are the new guidelines, so that please, they are already applied in the next study meeting. In other words, those who have arrived late should be notified so that they can organize their arrival in advance.

As a “professor”, there is much more responsibility in our duty (on our place of mission, delegation), if something goes wrong it is our fault…ever!
The logic Ernesto Barón applies is always “What is bad in you is yours, what is good in you is because of our teachings”
…and suddenly our life becomes this suppressed life full of “garbage”, that does not allow the fulfillment of our spiritual journey, which was the initial objective!
The only goal of life becomes the drag of gathering money to spend in the local delegation, to pay the innumerable amount of “aportaciones” (donations), to attend the next meeting (on the escuela montsalvat, the general gatherings, etc), and so on.
There is a monthly quota that every “professor” has to pay (18 euros per month in 2020) and we are constantly asked to participate with money donations to something. Flowers for “our Directors” for example is a common subject, normally I paid about 7 euros, as contribution to every flower arrangement.
I do not know exactly how many “professors” exist in CEA, but it is not less than 600. Some calculation, and…€€€!
…I was not the only one thinking to myself “what a big flower arrangement must that be!” (but money is not important, important is the greater good!)
On other (many) occasions we were asked for a voluntary contribution for a gift to “our beloved directors” or asked for a voluntary contribution to make some renovation in “our beloved Escuela Montsalvat” and so on and on… The point is that money is a big issue!
Here is just one of the dozens and dozens of examples of theses gift contribution that can be asked several times during the year, again 40 euros x 600 Professors….€€€! Maybe not all of the “professors” pay that amount, but even so, it can be a very rentable idea...

However, please, this is a voluntary contribution and to the extent of the possibilities of each person, and if someone is not able to reach that figure there is no problem.

I had made a rough calculation of the money that I (and my wife) had spent on activities/contributions during the last years (2015-2020) and the amount estimated was 750 Euros per month.
So, if you aspire to be a member of CEA to work on yourself, be ready to pay that amount.
Just as an additional footnote, Ernesto Barón is very delicate and sensible! He does not like how people smell and he is always complaining about our density and smell.
That was not always the case… but since CEA released their own perfumes, this subject became more and more an issue!
Here is the solution and it only cost 35 Euros per bottle :
…it is not possible to describe in words, the surreal experience of being in a group of people that literally soak themselves with that perfume in order to be worthy of the presence of Ernesto Barón.
